Roast parsnip & apple soup finished with parsnip & apple crisps (vg)
Traditional game terrine on a bed of dressed salad leaves served with toasted sourdough & seasonal pickle (gfa)
Mardler goats’ cheese bonbons with red onion marmalade, rocket leaves & balsamic dressing
Scottish smoked salmon & prawn tian (supp £2)
layers of smoked salmon & prawns topped with a bloody Marie-rose sauce on gem leaves

with a chestnut & cranberry stuffing, pigs in blankets, served with rosemary roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables & a scented gravy (gfa)
Slow-cooked blade of beef

Baked herb crusted supreme of hake
on a bed of crushed potatoes with a leek & chorizo cream
